Neytiri Eywafarm · Bengaluru
Neytiri builds infrastructure for Indian agriculture — the tools, the knowledge, and the connections that help organisations reach every farmer they serve.
The Eywa network · Agricultural knowledge · Connecting the people who help farmers
The Name
In the world of Avatar, Eywa is the living neural network that connects every creature, every plant, every being on Pandora. Every root, every branch, every living thing — part of one vast, breathing whole.
That idea never left us. Agricultural knowledge works exactly like this — interconnected, layered, alive. A crop does not exist in isolation. A pest does not arrive without cause. A farmer does not succeed alone. The knowledge that helps a farmer is a network — and we named our company after it.
Everything we build at Neytiri is an attempt to honour that connection — to make it visible, structured, and useful for every organisation that helps India's farmers.
Every living thing is connected. We built the infrastructure for agriculture's connection.

Our Mission
Agricultural diversity in India is unimaginably vast. Different crops, different seasons, different soils, different languages, different supply chains — and a different kind of knowledge needed for each combination.
We built Neytiri because we believed a platform that covered this diversity could make a real difference. Not by becoming active participants in agriculture ourselves — but by giving every organisation that already is an active participant the infrastructure to do their work better, at scale.
That conviction has not changed. Every decision we make — in product design, in how we build knowledge, in how advice flows to farmers — comes back to this purpose.
How We Think
Don't guess field conditions. Ask the farmer. Every advisory adapts to the conditions the farmer declares — not to what a model assumes.
Don't overload farmers. Guide them. The right information at the right crop stage — nothing more, nothing earlier.
Don't bypass dealer channels. Structure them. Existing dealer relationships are an asset — RootsTalk works through them, not around them.
Don't push products. Create demand. Advisory that earns a farmer's trust naturally leads to action — without pressure.
Don't let AI decide alone. Assist human judgment. Technology supports expertise — it does not replace it.
What We Build
Before we could build RootsTalk, we had to build the knowledge it runs on. Cosh came first — years of methodical work to structure agricultural knowledge at its roots. RootsTalk followed, built on that foundation. Each product is complete in itself. Together, they are the infrastructure for intelligent agricultural advisory at scale.

Y.B. Srinivasa and Dr. Sanjay Dwivedi have known each other since 1989 — from the first days of their college years. One became an agricultural entomologist, grounded in research and field reality. The other became a seed technologist who went on to lead multinational agri-businesses across South and Southeast Asia. Decades of different paths, converging on the same belief:
That Indian agriculture deserved a platform built for the full complexity of its ecosystem — and that two people with their combined experience had both the obligation and the ability to build it.
They are joined by Mr. Nagendra Shukla, whose two decades of global software experience — including a long tenure at IBM — grounds the technology in the rigour that infrastructure-grade software demands. Together, the three founders bring exactly the combination that a platform like this requires: deep agronomy, sharp commercial understanding, and engineering discipline.
Y.B. Srinivasa
